Thursday Evenings – Technique Class, where we focus on learning the exact form of the movements.

Youth (ages 8 – 14)
6:15 – 7:15pm
$120 for 10 classes
$15 drop-in rate

Adult (ages 14 and up)
7:30 – 9:00pm
$160 for 10 classes
$20 drop-in rate

Saturday Class – Applications Class, where we learn to apply our techniques in a combative way against resistance.

11:00 – 1:00 pm
$120 for 10 classes

Adult (ages 14 and up)
